Gold "Radamir": Gomel Distillery in the competition "The Best Vodka - 2019"

At the competition “The Best Vodka - 2019” we scored a really big winner - 4 gold medals in various nominations were in our piggy bank at once. But everyone who fought for victory in this competition with a European scale, knows how difficult it really is to be among the finalists. The number of participants is estimated by more than one dozen brands from around the world - after all, the competition with dignity is of international status.

The Best Vodka Competition, held in April 2019, is one of the largest international professional competitions in Europe. The most important characteristic of the competition is the impartiality of the jury members in determining the favorites. Tasting products is blind. The fact is that all the samples are encrypted - and the commission cannot give preference to a particular brand in advance, based on their personal preferences. This approach to the assessment can only mean one thing: the winners of the competition are chosen not by the name of the company, but on the basis of quality.

Tell us more about the awards. The biggest achievement can be called the GOLD MEDAL in the nomination "Premium segment" for vodka "Radamir".

 In the “premium” category, Legend of Belarus Lux vodka was also awarded the GRAND PRIX. By the way, the jury notes, only those brands that received the gold medals of the competition for three years in a row.

Another important victory that we brought from Moscow was the GOLD MEDAL in the nomination “Sub-premium segment”, which was awarded to Belarusian Thrushes Linen vodka. What is even more pleasing is that Belarusian Drozdy vodka has recently appeared on the shelves, and has already won the competitive “gold”.

“Shot” another novelty - alcohol class “Alpha Premium”. The novelty was noted by the commission of the contest “The best spirit of 2019”, which was held in parallel with the main competition.
